For those unaware, Lassi is the yogurt-based beverage you chug after a fiery vindaloo. We took inspiration from the after dinner diffuser and created a nitro sour with a whole lotta charm…Malted barley, wheat, and oats lay the foundation, giving the mango puree room to play. We threw in some vanilla too, and a blend of our favourite fruity hops.It pours creamy and orange with a velvet crema. Expect aromas of tropical yogurt and vanilla. The palate shows ripe mango, subtle tartness, and a smooth mouthfeel thanks to the nitro pour.
