Trve North DIPA

Описание

Apex Brewing Co. collaboration w/ North Brewing Co.This collaboration with the extraordinary folks at North Brewing Co. started with a simple base of Maris Otter Extra Pale and a big 50/50 split of malted- and unmalted oats. We then hit it with a dose of Columbus on the hot side and a big 20g/l dry hop charge of equal parts of Citra, Mosaic and Azacca. The resulting 8.0% beverage is a large fruit basket delivered straight to your face in liquid form.
