Klasik is a simple beer reminiscent of traditionals lagers. It is a sort of hybrid where we tamed the ale yeast to evade fruity flawors and allow the malt with its cereal aromas to take the lead. Similary the hops are used only for bitterness, the carbonization is lively and the bitterness mild.
