Magenta Mountain is a new direction for our wild ale program. Organic Foch grapes from Hoch Orchard went through a carbonic maceration before being blended with Titania black currants and Borealis haskaps and two red wine barrel fermented mixed culture saisons. This is a beautiful hybrid of MN grown ingredients with Spanish/French farmhouse techniques.
