Continuously improving our process to lower α-acid isomerization while maximizing hop aroma release, we achieve a hazy beer through yeast and hop biotransformation, capturing the essence of tropical fruit flavors in a dance of sweetness and bitterness, like a freshly squeezed juice for adults.
