A three-way collaboration between Big Shed and two breweries in Asia.Hakuba Brewing Company in Japan and Lion Brewery in Singapore. A friendship forged during the Brewasia conference in 2022.The beer is a 4.5% abv American Pale Ale utilising a cool new hop blend from Freestyle hops in New Zealand. The hops are blended with powdered passionfruit during the pelletising process. This provides passionfruit flavours and aromas that will complement the thiols derived from malt and hops.
