Ah, Citra. The bridge between the old school OG craft brewers of yore and the new school hype demons of today. The hop without which we might not exist today; having used it when we first launched as a brewery more than any other - we owe this varietal so much as a brewery, and what better way to celebrate with an amped up, maxed out single hop DDH Pale? The style with which we find works so well for single hop showcases, we've loaded this beer with a huge 40kg dry-hop charge to rinse every single bit of grapefruit, mango, lychee and passionfruit out of this world renowned varietal.
