Every so often we like to brew a beer that showcases only one single hop throughout the entire brewing process to allow its character to shine through. Nectaron is a hop from New Zealand which brings notes of tropical pineapple, passion fruit and stone fruit. We’ve chosen to pair Nectaron with a low bitterness, juicy, hazy pale ale sitting at 5%.
