Built on a wonderfully complex malt base consisting of a blend of several German base and specialty malts as well as a few Kiwi specialty malts thrown in for good measure. This beer underwent a lengthy step mash and was fermented nice and cold. Essential indulgence has been cold conditioned for many, many moons and is unfiltered and naturally carbonated.
