2025 ~ The small trumpet-like flowers of the Honeysuckle have long been associated with good luck, love, and fidelity. We harvested baskets of the small flowers from large patches growing along the Schuylkill River, and rested them in a one year Foeder-aged Cider blend. The result is rich, minerally, tannic, a bit floral, and a bit acidic, a cider that takes unexpected twists and turns on the palate. Enjoy, and embrace the powers of the Honeysuckle!
