Brewed in September 2017 with Mecca Grade Estate malt and raw wheat, we added sun-dried fruit of the coffee bean to the mash and hopback. After aging in a fresh Domaine Drouhin barrel for a year and a half, we put the beer onto more cascara for months prior to bottling with Oregon honey.Bottled on 02/01/19
