Designed by our brewer, Megan, this pre-Prohibition style Amber Ale is brewed with barley malt, a dash of rye malt, and a substantial amount of flaked corn. The resulting beer features biscuit and honey-like aromas, very low bitterness, and a dry, quenching finish. Named for the state of its origination, we thought it would be the perfect historic style to revive for the big race down in Louisville.
