BOHEMIAN PILSNERA super light and flavorful Pilsner with deep earthy floral notes and the driest of dry finishes.There is no such thing as a Pilsner with too much flavor for Brewer Colin Rosenberger, who designed and brewed this small batch Pils as the perfect beer to end a long and busy shift on the coast. 9 Degree Pils was fermented at 9 degrees Celsius and brewed to a gravity of 9 degrees Plato (that’s concentration of dissolved solids in the wort).
