This years Cleveland Beer Week collab with our friends at Bookhouse Brewing, Cornerstone Brewing, Hansa Brewery and Market Garden. We hauled in 110 pounds of fresh Cashmere hops from Michigan during brew day to capture the lively and fresh aromas of Cashmere at their peak! Subtle accents of fruity pebbles, lemon, and melon contribute to this nuanced beer and A large percent of wheat provides a luscious pillowy body.
