You want to put HOW MANY hops in?!" was the interrobang response (and lo, a beer name was born!) we got when we proposed adding a 60kg dry-hop charge, bigger than one of our DIPAs, into an IPA. Yep, sixty. Six-zero. We may as well pyramid hop it whilst we're at it, because...well, we've made this beer pretty silly at this point, there's no harm in making it even sillier. An absolutely huge 30kg of Mosaic starts off proceedings on this beer, before a 15kg addition of Simcoe follows up, with 10kg and 5kg additions of Sabro and El Dorado finish things off. An absolutely enormous beer, packed to the nines with flavour - expect to find tangerine, bubblegum, stonefruits, coconut, and pineapple a-plenty in this amped up, maxed out IPA.
