Our normal HOUSE ale is conditioned for a short time on brettanomyces but this batch got more time than normal and the special unsealed fermenter we use for HOUSE let some other stuff in as well to give us a pleasant tartness to go along with the subtle funk HOUSE always has. Delicious!
