Saison Dolma

A special beer from a series celebrating the local cuisine. here we brewed a dolma-inspired saison. Red rice was added to the mash in a special process, and added grape leaves and cumin to the kettle. the saison yeast give the beer flavours which complement the beer ingredients, and a dry pleasant finish
