Honey Spice Tripel

An effervescent, refreshing Belgian style beer with a warm, dry finish. Pale malt, Cornish honey and candy sugar are infused with Saaz and Styrian Golding hops, along with ground coriander and citrus peel, all fermented with yeast from a Trappist monastery until dry, tart and warm.
