Inspired by the classic ales of Belgium, we've crafted a beer that uses a yeast from Westmalle Abbey, ideally suited to blonde ales. Careful late kettle additions provide a hint of spice from kefir lime leaves, working wonderfully with the yeast ester profile. This is a refreshing take on a Belgian ale, one that hopefully brings up memories of travel.
