Queen's Vin is part of our Christmas 2019 special beer release.Queen's Vin is our take on a traditional american style barley wine. This beer features a rich English style malt as a base, and then a few light crystal malts. We added a big dose of Centennial hops in the whirlpool, in order to preserve the wonderful pine and citrus aroma from the hops.This beer will age very well, and will over time produce more dark fruit and caramel aromas, as the hop aroma melds into the beer.
