Selz-Out: Paloma

This batch of our hard seltzer was inspired by a Paloma (the classic cocktail with tequila and grapefruit). We fermented agave nectar rather than sugar and loaded it up with grapefruit juice/zest in the keg as well as a touch of lime zest for a bright splash of citrus aroma and acidity!
