This honeyberry & gin botanical sour is named after an old Belfast bar and our North Street neighbour 'The Gin Palace'. Dating back to 1899, The Gin Palace served right through WWI before the bar closed its doors in 1921 and the art deco building became home to the Bank of Ireland - the building still stands at the corner of North Street today.A lightly soured beer flavoured with honeyberry, similar to a blackberry or blueberry. Finished with gin botanicals giving it notes of juniper, orange peel and cardamom.The perfect fruity flavour to be enjoyed out in the sunshine.
