7th Chamber

For 7th Chamber we really embraced the idea of experimentation and trying new things. We used a new yeast strain and used all Pilsner malt as the base for a softer feel. The result is a softer beer and more of a New England Haze than the usual opaque thick haze. What it lacks in haze appearance, it more than makes up for in big citrus and tropical fruit salad aroma and flavor thanks to the copious amounts of Krush, Mosaic and Bru-1 Hops. Our brewer says this one might not make the haze over everything fans happy, but this is a delicious IPA and possibly his favorite chamber so far.
