After months of tinkering, the next beer in our Umami series is finally here! This version is a Thai Gose. We call it 'Keep Summer Safe.'Made with lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, a blend of thai chilies and other peppers, and sea salt. It is then finished on sake oak.It's complex and bold but still very easy drinking and refreshing. It's our head brewer's favorite series because of the technical challenge in balancing flavours and the unique beer that results.
