Based on one of our brewmaster's favorite seasonal homebrew beers! We started with Omega, our gold-medal-winning chocolate imperial stout. We conditioned it for 14 weeks on toasted oak soaked in Four Roses Single Barrel bourbon, and finished it with cinnamon, smoked chilis, and an extra hit of vanilla. The result is something very different from the base beer. Fudgy, boozey, and decadent, with a subtle chili heat that lingers in the aftertaste.
