Every year when we rub hops in Yakima, two of the most consistent standouts are Amarillo and El Dorado, both always exuding pure over-the-top citrus fruitiness. Wanting to highlight these two dark lords of the lupulin realm, we threw together an IPA with a dearth of malt character to not compromise these hops' bright and energetic profile. A little bit o' bitterness balances out Cathedral Grounds' silky smooth body and elevates its sumptuous notes of ruby red grapefruit, peach puree, generic red fruit punch, Tampico, and yellow starburst.Hops: Amarillo, El Dorado
