Polite Society

Описание

Polite Society is a 7.3% Saison fermented with Brettanomyces aged in Moscatel barrels, and is part of our Wild Beer series. This beer is the result of many years of searching for the right yeast strains, dedicating our attention to our 200+ oak barrels, and the passion it takes to follow through over the months and years that these beers mature in barrels.
