Petite Quince

For this beer we selected a spontaneous barrel sour from the 2023 vintage which had a soft gentle acidity with a little funk. We racked the beer on top of freshly pressed Petit Manseng grape skins from our friends at A Thousand Gods wines along with a little quince.
