Modern West Coast style IPA features Nelson Sauvin from Clayton Hops (both T90 and Amplifire), Nectaron and also some US Citra. The Nelson is bringing that big White Wine character which is complemented beautifully by the citrus, tropical and danky stone fruit characters from the Citra and Nectaron.
