A DDH (Double Dry Hopped) NEIPA (New England IPA) shows big, bold characteristics of hop aromas and flavor. Due to the addition of hops at different stages during fermentation, the brew retains almost all characteristics of hops. Dedicated use of Citra and Mosaic hops lends DDH NEIPAs tropical fruit and citrusy characteristics. Due to this, DDH beers are juicy and full of aromatic notes of tropical fruits. Ferocious aromas of Citrus give a refreshing taste. The flavour is hop heavy and focused on the fruitier spectrum of hops. It is accentuated by yeast esters that produce sweet undernotes
