When KBC and Sir John sat down for our second collab, we wanted to do something that not many would suspect - a lager! A traditional Czech Lager at heart but with the addition of some untraditional ingredients such as a healthy dose of oats and wheat, and newer hopping techniques with new school hops such as Nelson Sauvin, Ariana, and Meridian. The result is medium-bodied, refreshing with a satisfying bitterness, citrusy with hints of melon, and a touch peppery.
