Autumn Fest 兔啤

We drew inspiration of our autumn seasonal beer from the traditional German Oktoberfest beer, and then proceeded to throw the Reinheitsgebot (German brewing purity law) out the window. Brewed with Pilsner, Vienna and Munich malts, our innovative brewing team then incorporated their favourite mooncake ingredients - red bean, lotus seed and red date. The result is a unique blend of toasted maltiness combined with notes of dark fruits and hints of marzipan.
