This beer is the result of a wacky Crankin’ Foamers/Kingmaker mix up - a Kölsch with OVER 20% corn grits from Early Morning Harvest in the mash, hopped with experimental Simcoe polyphenol aroma pellets from Yakima Chief Hops (you’d never know if we didn’t tell ya) and cold conditioned for a couple months. Just a clean, corn laden crusher for y’all. Like a Black Friday stout release, but make it Kölsch.
