This special 6.5% beer is a blend of old and young saisons.The first spent almost a year ageing in French red wine barrels containing a unique combination of wild micro-organisms, while the second was brewed with a field blend of mixed heritage grains along with Citra and Motueka hops before being fermented in steel.Crisp, tart, floral and funky with a refreshing winey acidity.
