Our newest and best Fogbringer yet is brewed with a hefty percentage of protein malts in the mash to bring body and a hazy base. El Dorado Salvo (an aroma-forward hop extract) and El Dorado pellets are thrown into the whirlpool for maximum stone fruit and melon. Fermented with our new favorite yeast and dry hopped at a healthy 3.5#/bbl with Citra Cryo and Mosaic, Fogbringer V has a smooth mouthfeel and bursts of citrus and tropical fruit.
