String Theory uses a very special version of our farmhouse mixed culture, white wheat, and strata hops to bring you elegant layers of complexity with a balanced acidity in a can. String Theory pours a light straw yellow releasing notes of bright hay, lemon zest, sour dough bread, grass, floral citrus, and Anjou pear.
