Black IPA

It's been a while since we did a BlackIPA. When we were discussing what style we should do next and one of the brewers suggested a Black IPA, it was a unanimous YES. We love the style and aren't sure why we haven't done of these deliciously dark and hoppy brews for so long.Black as night, with a cream-coloured dense head. A subtle roasty backbone is superseded with a classic hop duo of Simcoe and Mosaic, bringing a clean bitterness and fruit aromas. Expect a dank and piney nose with some tropical notes.
