Following 34 months in total in both 6-year and 8-year Willett Family Estate barrels, we added Swiss Chocolate Almond Coffee, marshmallow, almonds, peanuts, and macadamia nuts. With a booze-forward nose dosed with bright nougat, assorted nut clusters, and hot cocoa powder, we are getting flavors of Swiss Alps chocolate, boozy peanut M&Ms, Cadbury chocolate, cups and cups of cocoa, and marshmallow-coated caramel with a decadent caramel oak booze-forward finish, making this one of our most barrel-forward Swiss Bliss creations yet and perhaps the grandest, indeed!
