The first of our single hop series, this time the spotlight is on the uniquely flavoured Vista hop!We use ultra pale malts and ferment dry and clean with US-05 yeast to provide the perfect base to showcase the individual hop variety. We then add six doses of the hop throughout the whole brewing process, both hot side and cold.Forecast: Vista delivers an interesting medley of flavours, gentle tropical notes of melon and papaya pair uniquely with more savoury notes of fresh pepper and green tea. A wonderfully unique hop!
