Our third collaboration with the Manchester Hop Project this autumn (and fourth Green Hop beer of the harvest season) marries roasty, toasty maltiness with the multidimensionality of locally grown, fresh hops. A blend of varieties brings warming noble spice, sweet dandelion and a touch of lavender, sitting on a robust malt base that hints at kola nut and freshly brewed coffee.Fresh Hop Hallertau Mittelfruh, Challenger, Phoenix & Prima Donna
