Citrus ParadisiFruit and wheat beer is a classic, yet under-appreciated, combo. For this beer we brewed an American-Style Wheat for a clean, light base beer upon which we could fill with bright grapefruit and intense citrus. An additional dry-hop helps to accentuate the bright citrus flavours for a supremely refreshing ale - a slice of paradise in a glass!
