We are pleased to release Peaches High on Summertide, an aged saison on Catherina peaches from the Twenty Valley in Beamsville.Peaches High on Summertide displays nuanced flavours alongside familiar notes of fuzzy peach candy. On the nose, this beer reminds us of slicing into the cheek off a freshly picked peach – soft yellow stone fruit flesh, with a garden of floral jasmine, gardenia and soft white wine aromatics.We selected our peaches from Cherry Lane for their aromatics, not their sweetness, as sugar converts to alcohol once our house culture referments the fruit. Our first vintage of Peaches High on Summertide weighs in at a gentle 5.9% with less than one gram of residual sugar per litre.
