The year is 2000, and Simcoe City is experiencing bitterness levels that are higher than an isometric dimetric skyscraper! This WCIPA is hopped using a trifecta of Simcoe; Simcoe T90, Simcoe Cryo and Simcoe Dyna Boost. Piney, fruity, dank and assertively bitter. It’s a West Coast reminiscent of the old school IPA days.
