“Brewing For Impact” is a Worldwide Collaboration Project by Brooklyn Brewery. We co-create this West Coast Cold IPA with legendary brewmaster – Garrett Oliver. Brewed with FONIO, an ancient African grain, this hoppy number features crisp notes of lychee and peach with a pale appearance. Inspired by Zheng He’s voyages throughout the Pacific Ocean, this beer is our subtle nod to the birthplace of the West Coast IPA, also a toast to the exploring sprit.
