Our good mate and Aussie craft beer legend, Neil Whittorn worked with the Madocke Brew Crew on this one and it’s an absolute pearler of a beer!It boasts a toasty, caramel-like malt character, with biscuity undertones. The galaxy hops added during the boil are prominent in flavour and rather subtle in aroma. It’s easily a 9.5 on the moreish scale. And that’s being modest.This is a small batch brew, so get it while you can.
