Conditioned for over ten months, this is a sophisticated Belgian-style strong dark ale brewed with ingredients from the state of Maharashtra: Mahua, nag kesar and dagad phool. Malty aromas of dark plum, figs and toffee set the stage for more sweet dried fruits, black pepper, chocolate, cherrywood, a hint of bitter citrus and an alcohol warmth. Finishes dry with a lingering earthiness.
