While Untappd doesn't allow us to pick "Kölsch-style ale", please believe us, beer police, we are not trying to claim this was brewed in Köln! It was brewed right here in Hamilton, New Zealand. We did use German malt, and the correct Kölsch-style yeast, as well as the traditional hybrid ale/lager fermentation. Naughty us though, there's some Czech Saaz hops in there! Other than that, we Kömplied!
