Easy Tiger was designed with a traditional German wheat beer base, but fermented with dry English ale yeast to allow the lemongrass aroma to shine through.We brew it using only the finest Pilsner, Vienna, and wheat malts imported directly from Germany, as well as some Canadian Honey malt for a touch of sweetness. It is hopped with the famous Hallertau Mittelfruh hops.After fermentation, we cold-steep with 160 lbs of fresh lemongrass for about a week
