Queen of the Southern Mountain Grisette Ale is a lightly hopped session farmhouse ale. This session-able Saison style was brewed with German pilsner malt and hops as well as Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, and Merlot grape juice. The juice plays well with the herbal/farmhouse flavors for this light bodied brew.
