To celebrate our 1st Anniversary we have created this Double Malted, hemi-smoked Scotch Ale. Our journey has been anything but conventional, and we have used elements of everything we do (including distillation!) to make a commensurate celebratory beer. Using a smoked primary mash with English malts, then re-mashed and refermented after distillation with scotch ale yeast to bring a lovely depth and a kiss of smoke.Drink now or savour later!
